This tool works well, only that it has the limitation of 1MB upload (due to the Google App Engine limitation for free hosting).
The manual provided is not according to the latest version both Wordpress and Blogger, so you have to discover yourself. I put some instruction in my dbaktiar-on-stuffs.blogspot.com.
