The major problem is solved, I believe. Needed to do a re-import of the hung enlistment which finished OK (72 commits). Now need to wait for the second enlistment to start an update... (1 month old). If it doesn't happen within an hour or so, I can force it. Standby.

Colan,

A full update started after a while (about an hour or so) and also finished OK. Analysis page is at May 25 2012 and last commit is at 2012-04-24 (confirmed on project page).

Please remind me here if the project goes astray again.
