The following projects don't appear to be updating:
WordPress Unit Tests - https://www.ohloh.net/p/wordpress-unit-tests/enlistments
WordPress - https://www.ohloh.net/p/wordpress/enlistments
Also BackPress - https://www.ohloh.net/p/backpress/enlistments
Hi westi,
Ohloh has been pretty slow with updates lately. We've fixed the troubles, so we should be back on our regular update schedule soon. We should see updates to these projects sometime today.
Thanks,
Robin
Thanks for the feedback robin.
Would it be a good idea to have a help my project is stuck
button on the enlistment page, for projects one commits to?
Rather than us having to post on the forum?
I do know most glitches get picked up by ohloh but just an idea?
My own project, SAT4J, hasn't been updated for 6 months...
Hi leberre,
I've scheduled and update for this project. I'll keep an eye on it to make sure it goes through.
Thanks,
Robin
WebKit appears stuck as well. https://www.ohloh.net/p/WebKit/enlistments says trunk it was updated 21 days ago but the commit list is over a month out of date.
Hi levin,
I've scheduled an update for WebKit. I'll keep an eye on it to make sure it goes through.
Thanks,
Robin
http://www.ohloh.net/p/Foswiki seems to be stuck in last month too :/
http://www.ohloh.net/p/cobbler seems stuck since January 14th.
Also FYI, I've also found and really like githubs's impact graphs. Perhaps something like those could be added to ohloh.
Hi Michael,
It looks like this repository might have been rebased, which requires us to do a clean report. I've started one, and I'll keep an eye on it.
We used to have commit graphs, but we had to remove them because of some performance problems. They'll come back eventually, once we have time to look at it. I really liked those graphs, too.
Thanks,
Robin
Hi Sven,
This project seems to be taking a very long time to download, and requires a lot of retries. I suspect it's either a lot of code, or we're having network connection issues.
I've rescheduled it, and I'll keep an eye on it and see if I can figure out the problem.
Thanks,
Robin
yeah, it possibly is alot of code :) its been a month after all
Thanks
Sven
Hi,
Also https://www.ohloh.net/p/vmchecker/ seems stuck since January. Could you please check it?
HI Alexandru,
It looks like this project was updated over the weekend. Let me know if you need anything else,
Robin
Hi,
This project https://www.ohloh.net/p/wheelmud appears to be stuck. We have committed a lot of code in the past 7 days.
Hi Robin,
Check
https://www.ohloh.net/p/vmchecker/aliases
It's says 'Changes will take effect after the next Ohloh report update.' since before I initially posted that vmchecker was stuck (ie. 11 days ago).
@Hector: There's no particular problem there, other than the fact that Ohloh has fallen very far behind on updates this week. I've scheduled an update for this project today.
@Alexandru: It looks like we last updated the report 5 days ago. I've gone ahead and scheduled a new report for today.
Also, I highly recommend that you choose a single branch to represent this project instead of 5 mostly-identical branches. By tracking 5 branches, most commits are duplicated 5 times in the Ohloh report. For example, see
https://www.ohloh.net/p/vmchecker/commits?page=222.
Also, this will result in 5x too many lines of code being counted by our line counter.
I recommend that you pick one best branch and go with that one.
Thanks,
Robin
@Robin: 10x for the fast reply. There is still some issue I forgot to mention: I appear two times in the contributors list. I tried 'I know this person' or making an alias but with no success. Could you please check?

Hi Alexandru,
This is a confusing part of the Ohloh UI, but the fix is easy once you find it.
This is happening because your Ohloh account is linked to the old Subversion committer name alexandru
, but the Subversion has been removed from Ohloh.
You need to edit your Ohloh account so that it is linked to the new Git name instead of the old Subversion name.
From your Ohloh account page, in the Experience
section, click the EDIT
link next to vmchecker
. This will take you to a form where you can edit your contribution to the project. You can change your committer name here. There should be an auto-completer to help you choose a name from the Git repository.
It might take a few minutes for the change to be reflected on all parts of Ohloh. Let me know if you have any trouble with this.
Thanks,
Robin
Hello, chrome project hasn't been updating for over 7 days now. Can you please take a look at it.
