Whenever I attempt to compile Farseer physics engine for Monogame, I get 703 Errors saying: "The namespace Xna does not exist in Microsoft'Building with .NET 4.5 doesn't change anything, and MonoGame.Framework is also referenced.Help?

So i havent been trying to do the same thing as you, but i received the same error. My fix for it was to uninstall my current Monogame and download Monogame 3.01. After doing so i was able to load the farseer samples.

If you have solved this issue, i would love to know what you did. Or if anyone else knows how i would love to know.
