Updated descriptor, regenerated builder. Added the Flapi high level class. Bugfix for something introduced during the enableCondensed commit (see AbstractGenerator).

Merged BG_helper, got rid of BG_Base because they weren't in use (since the distinction between base and subset classes went away).

Enables condensed naming. This required moving some of the name generation methods to the AbstractGenerator to provide them access to the GeneratorContext. This had the side effect of cleaning up the way the main classes and interfaces are retrieved.

Updated the generator gen to reflect the latest and greatest hand-coded. Complexity has been reduced, but it will be too much work to update the generated classes by hand so there is a hack in place for now.

GTB This is stable and running. The block chains are not active yet and the process of adding methods to the classes has not been brought back in.

This changeset is the 'new' approach, which includes support for nesting. The CodeGenerator needs to be updated, and this will be a breaking change for the existing tests.
