Fixed two links on the main homepage, and revised the status page to implement progress bars instead of asterisks. Progress bars page may be converted soon into an XSLT.

Cleaned some of the Statuspage code and prevented the italicization of the linklist.

Converted Project Status page into XML, separating that DB and allowing SVN-local pushes to consolidate project issues and forecast, and allow a more accurate and more-often updatable project status list to be available on the website. Also allowed the project status list to contain percent gauge bars. Added Facebook comments, and like widgets to all of the project pages: (Clay,etb,eolutiobook,kepler-10b,packman,plos,plosdp,plosorigins,projects,storytelling)
