compensated for new directory of v4lcompat on new ubuntu distros :P adding things to mapping , next thing to do is improve calling conventions in VisualCortex , its about time I think :P

added sgbm disparity mapping in the visualcortex using opencv , it works much faster but on my bad calibrated rig I have not (yet) used the vertical offset configuration ( it is about 5 pixels off )
