Shinken is a multiplatform (GNU/Linux & Windows) monitoring framework in Python compatbile with Nagios configuration and plugins.

The main goal of the program is to allows users to have a easy administrable distributed and high availability monitoring tool.

It scales the load by "cutting" the user's configuration into independant part and send it to workers.

It's fully compatible with Nagios configuration and plugins.
