The purpose of this library is to provide an alternate C++ library.
Why an alternate library?
Ego: for my own experience as a student; and an overall experiment I like to build games in C++/OpenGL/etc; and have a vision on how the underlying library should be (more general version of a previous game library I wrote -- there are many of those out there already though).
What are the goals?
Simplified resource management for end-user (a la Java) Overall, cleaner code More C-ish interfaces (see wiki) Slightly slower Not need templates Simplified type-casting Very varied library
