Christina, you should replace “Sergei” with your own user name (maybe, “Christina”) in that case, so that the path look like:
c:\Documents and Settings\Christina\Application Data\OpenOffice.o

what version of Anaphraseus and what operating system do you use?
Normally, anaphraseus.ini is located in the OOo user path, e.g.
C:\Documents and Settings\Sergei\Application D

it looks like your OOo complains about the missing # before fn in the line which gives you this error message. I cannot reproduce this error using OOo 2.3, but I haven't tested it on OOo

I would recommend to update your OOo to 2.3 or 2.4 as possible and install the latest screenshot. The last beta release that you are probably using is known to have issues with handling UTF-16.
