Animal_thingys is an RPG engine based on the concept of training creatures (known as "thingys") to battle other thingys and raise them to make them grow. The main idea is to collect all of the thingys available in a particular game - the first game has 100, but the number of thingys is not limited by the engine. It uses Python, the SDL (through Pygame) and pgu currently. It is currently written for POSIX systems but a port for Windows is planned.
