messy, will be changing most of this back. one breakthrough though: to use filmstrip, devs will need to change their enterframe listeners to PulseControl ones in their papervision scenes. Pain in the ass but can't think of any way to autodetect.

rewrite successful, FilmStrip now handles scene queue and bitmap scene is now a basic sprite. Scene will hanlde all complex renering and bitmap-management functionality, probably in a superclass.

first version capturing frames. moving forward i'm going to try bringing scene management into FilmStrip, simplifying the bitmapscene so it dooesn't do anything actively except clear, and moving all time and blur management into a scene superclass.
