| Apply a variation of a patch from Holger Hoffman. When a TOC is generated, the 'multiBuild' method of the doctemplate is called. Because the multiBuild method needs a few passes through the document to get the TOC generation right, we don't actually want to write into our file object until all indexing flowables are happy. We use a tempfile for each indexing pass and only write to our ultimate file object at the very end. This may also solve 639137. |
