Back-up and Restore Email in Evolution and Firefox in GNOME or KDE. At this stage, must be used by extracting first, then double clicking the bash file and running in the terminal - read the read me file. Source is in the tarball as it is simply bash scripts.
Understand I have not nor plan on testing this to be run exclusively in a terminal using CD commands as to avoid using the GUI file manager such as Nautilus. This is means you will be double clicking executables after the initial extraction and have read the read-me CLOSELY.
