* mcc, mcp: when running under MUI 4.x BetterString will automatically fall back to the background settings of the internal String.mui class to ensure a consistent look of all string objects unless an application explicitly sets a custom background. With MUI 3.x the user will still have to configure the two background images, because here String.mui is based on intuition's strgclass and hence there is nothing which could be cloned.

* mcc/Dispatcher.c, mcp/CreatePrefsGroup.c: don't enforce a string object frame. String.mui also defaults to no frame and an application has to set a specific frame. This makes it easier to embed frameless string objects in a group of string objects.
