Project Summary

This project is currently inactive, and no future development is expected.

Bugler is a free open-source Issue Tracker with a Java engine and a web-based interface. It is primarily targeted at internal stakeholders in the software development lifecycle (managers, developers, and testers). The name is derived from the term, "bug", the initials of the creator, and the musical instrument traditionally used in the military to cut through the confusion of the battlefield.

Bugler is easy to adopt, easy to administer, and will always be free.
