Updated tutorials 2 & 3. Added a new single-color-per-vertex shader. Changed the default projection to be the *orthogonal-projection*. And realized the ! operator can be used for initialization if I make it wait until the window is created. I'll see if I can make a change to cl-sdl2 so I don't need to wait until after (init) has run.
