Project Summary

Description

Service implemented within the vision of Search 2.0, that is Search for tomorrow, as the search for information directly, rather than references to it. Ask Google: what Internet is - you'll get hundreds of thousands of links. Ask people - the answer will consist of only a few sentences. This service, as response to your request displays Brief of information related to your query. There is no need to bypass dozens of links, read a lot of pages in search of the necessary knowledge. Draft service is not a response to user questions, you will not receive an answer to the question "Who Framed Roger the Rabbit?". This is more like a generation of Wiki-page on selected topic, at the same time, service is not a search interface to Wikipedia: Wikipedia does not find an article on "omelet recipe" Many articles in wiki are not graduated, but simply contain a paragraph Wiki articles outdated, Web does not become obsolete ever Principle of operation

Service attempts to simulate the process of reading and understanding information by human. Upon the user request executes "reading" of pages, that refer to the results of the Google index search and the allocation of key information is performed. Service can not operate independently, without a search engine, it is a superstructure above it.

Limitations

Language- English The lack of spelling errors. While not supported function "Did you mean?", conformably mistake will not be recognized. Only one request per account at the same time. Queries, received prior to answer will be ignored. Response time of Service - upto 2 minutes

The process

The process of finding the necessary information takes about 2 minutes. On the one hand this too long and only alfa-state of service is an excuse, on the other - how much you'll need time to become acquainted with all the information on request and extradite breif? Over those 2 minutes happening: Service asks for about 20 web pages on request Reads all of them and tries to "understand", what this will be interesting to the user Makes up a direct response Development

Context Preservation. Ability to fulfil requests to clarify within the context of current results. Intranet-search. Quite interesting use of the technology to local search, such as the corporate sector. So on request "Terms of discounts" you'll get in Google Descktop search or Microsoft Sharepoint search not a reference to 200 - page document "Operation retail network" , but сollected information about discounts, even in several documents. Mobile search. Despite to all of the mobile progress, phones usability in web serfing still lags behind the desktop systems, and seek the necessary information on your mobile phone, proceedings links results is not the most fun pastime. Service will allow to select from the whole of relevant information dry balance, which is fit for a couple of phone screens.
