The community can vote on which code snippet is Hot and which is Not.
Once you've voted you can see the results, read comments or provide comments of your own.
Thus people can improve their code over time, discover emergent practices (whether best of worst) and have fun with their code.
The site may also act as a worst practices open source example for ASP.net MVC.
