| Initial setup script (copied from index.php). The main thing that definitely must change is that all the upgrade stuff happens IMMEDIATELY, so there's no chance to circumvent it (to perform initial setup, for instance). Maybe I'll add a constant which the site_config will check before attempting to do anything. |

| Ran the patch that converts everything from "rts" to "helpdesk". I really hope it worked properly: I had to mess around with the diff that Eclipse created just so it would apply at all... I had to manually add & remove some of the files & folders. So we'll see... this should be a fun commit mail. |
