Project Summary

DivExchange is a light weight Java servlet based web framework that allows you to replace most of the Javascript needed to write today's complex web application.

DivExchange works by allowing you to write complex user interface that is typically written in Javascript on the server side using plain Java code just like a regular GUI application. This allows you to debug your client code using your favorite IDE, and removes the separation between server and client while making your application more secure, and stable.

Unlike GWT, DivExchange works as a servlet and all of the business logic happens at the server side. Although this means that DivExchange application will heavily dependent of network and with increased server load, it is easier to use, more practical, and allows you to incorporate DivEx on existing web application where DivExchange is needed.
