Project Summary

django-richtextRich Text Editors can be painful to install and configure, even with the powerful Django Framework.

django-richtext lets you easily have a rich text editor for any of your django model fields or form fields. It's basically a set of custom form fields that make it a piece of cake to have rich text, anywhere, in django.

How it's usedExample Django Model:

class Blog(models.Model):
content = AdminRichTextField()Example Django Form:

class ContactForm(forms.Form):
message = RichTextField()Photologue users:django-richtext also optionally integrates with the popular photo management solution photologue. So if you use photologue then you'll like this even more. When you click to insert an image, a window pops up asking you to choose a Photo Size and a Photo. You make your selection and it automatically sticks the correct sized photo into your text editor.
