Hello all! My name is Ken and I am the IT Director for a non-profit human services organization in Massachusetts USA.  I am looking forward to DokuWiki curing all of my document management ills. Being a human services organization under the ... [More] scrutiny of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, our documentation requirements are quite significant.  And, being a non-profit, we are always looking for ways to not spend money on things that do not contribute to the direct care of the population we serve. Currently, we have several hundred Word documents that I believe can be well managed in a Wiki environment, rather than spending tens of thousands of dollars on a document management system.  These documents are comprised of our policy book, blank forms, and other ancillary things, some static, some dynamic. The most important requirements: (1) the Wiki must be internal and not visible on the WWW because of regulatory requirements and (2) the Wiki must be able to distinguish between who can view content, who can edit content, and who can approve content.  I hope that DokuWiki can meet these requirements. Look forward to playing. Thanks, Ken [Less]

Thank you for the feedback.  I hadn't heard from the original poster and so held off merging this fix into the main distribution.  But I just did that now.  Thanks again.

Hi turnermm, just to let you know, we got hit by the same bug on a page on our Dokuwiki today, and the fix you posted on 2019-05-01 works so far for us. Thanks for your help.
