exWT, you can think it as execllent Web Toolkit, or extended Web Toolkit. Actually, it is a CGI C++ Web Development library. This project is enlightened by a open source project named Witty(Web Toolkit), which provides a library including a tons of web UI classes in C++, and implementing a server-side events processing by using the slot/signal pattern. However, I find some drawbacks of it, firstly, it make web developers to layout the UI by programming language instead of Markable Languages, letting the UI design more difficult and development more time-consuming. Next, the speed is a problem that must be considered, if all rely on the server-side event processing, it will become so slow, though wt provide a good replacement using client-side event processing, such as AJAX.
