Project Summary

The aim of this project is to provide high-quality and original free outline Tibetan script fonts in OpenType format (for Tibetan, Dzongkha, Ladakhi, Balti and other languages written in the Tibetan script).
Jomolhari is a Unciode compatible Tibetan script font. It was designed by Chris Fynn, inspired by traditional Bhutanese manuscript examples, and was originally intended for use in publishing traditional pecha. This font supports both Unicode and Part A of the Chinese National Standard (GB/T20524-2006) for pre-composed Tibetan.
The font is in OpenType .ttf format and is released under the SIL Open Font License)
Tibetan Modern is a Unicode compatible OpenType font for Tibetan script. Designed by Chris Fynn based on his earlier (non-Unicode) Tibetan Modern A font. (GNU General Public License) - under development.
