NOW ON GITHUB! Visit the GitHub repo, now based on .NET Standard 2.0, at https://github.com/JeffFerguson/gepsio!   Project Description Gepsio is a .NET-based document object model for XBRL documents. Load your XBRL document with the XbrlDocument ... [More] class and work with your XBRL document exposed as a set of .NET classes with a variety of properties and methods. Loaded XBRL documents are automatically validated against the information against the XBRL specification, and exceptions are thrown when invalid XBRL documents are loaded. The Gepsio code base is unit tested using the XBRL-CONF-CR5-2012-01-24 unit tests designed by the XBRL organization. Gepsio Email gepsioxbrl@outlook.com NEW ADDRESS! Gepsio now reports on validation errors stemming from calculation summation items making use of contributing items having a specified, non-infinite, precision of zero. With this check in, all of the 320-XX tests in the XBRL-CONF-CR5-2012-01-24 conformance suite pass.

If an element contains a schemaLocation attribute, then Gepsio will also load the schemas listed in the attribute's value. In previous versions, only schemas named in a element would be loaded. A new XbrlSchemaCollection class manges a collection of schemas, rather than exposing a List collection directly.

Attribute values on facts are now checked to ensure that they are convertable to the attribute's defined data type (see conformance test XBRL-CONF-CR5-2012-01-24 314-lax-validation-04.xml).

Moved fact validation from the Fact class to a separate validator class called by the main XBRL 2.1 validator.

Moved context validation from the Context class to a separate validator class called by the main XBRL 2.1 validator. Created a namespace of JeffFerguson.Gepsio.Validators.Xbrl2Dot1 to contain the validators.
