Project Summary

Note: grewd.org redirects here until there is enough non-developer-related content to provide.

CURRENT STATEGrewd is vaporware, sorry. I have decided to continue working on GIMP. The current Ruby code is runnable, though I have not caught up 100% with what I had in cpp, but I'm soon there.

About GrewdGrewd is supposed to become the graphics editor of choice for the free software users. It will use a GEGL backend and its UI will be written using Ruby/GNOME2.

Grewd will also base its UI as good as entirely on the Glade technology.

The projects future goals are:

Providing a well-commented, well written, extendable Ruby and C codebase. Functionality comparable with the major graphics editors of today, including procedural brushes and recording and playback of actions. Contactenselic aaaatttt gma il com
