Heckle is a system for visualising and annotating a conversation or event in real-time using feeds of images, video, microbloggings, web and keywords from both local and remote participants.
It allows for reviewing of issues and 'chapters' in the conversation, for live recap, post-production video transcription, or for getting an overview of what was said.
Heckle also incorporates live voting, game-show sound effects and other configurable media elements to make the experience of the event more glamorous, absurd and exciting.
Heckle is developed by The People Speak Network (http://theps.net)
