Project Summary

HomeIO is a mix of MetarLogger G - tools for logging METAR data and wind turbine control system, with big mutation.

HomeIO not only use METAR, it can download weather data from popular Polish (at the moment) portals. It can store it in DB (ActiveRecord). Ic can share it via Xmpp and Gadu-Gadu bot.

But it is only now, and at the moment there is no control in it. Everything made for controling wind turbine will be rewriten to control more popular aspects for home use. Major purpose will be control of heating and light in home, but nothing will be against you if you would like to monitor temperature within aquarium.
