close to 2.2; we've done a version bump for centipede and other dependencies, also added CreateMachineImage, LaunchInstance, and SSH commands. a hardcoded instance id is a problem for CreateMachineImage (not harmful so far as I know). LaunchInstance has hard coded configurations (push out to spring for productionization). Ssh takes an instance id but it defaults to ubuntu as a username, that can be fixed by adding a GetOpt.
