Project Summary

Background StoryOne day, I went home after work, and wanted to watch TV Play downloaded in my laptop, but...it seemed that something important needed to be done. So I wrote all the things on paper, what I should do first? and what was the last.

Tasks I need to do Importance Urgent Level Call back to my mum for greeting a little important(2) a little urgent(2) Cook for my wife most important(5) urgent(3) Watch TV Play not important(1) not urgent(1) Read one chapter of python important(3) urgent(3) Fix a known bug in my product very important(4) very urgent(4)

Compare all the tasks, what should I do first? Apparently, I have to cook for my wife at first, and then fix the known bug in my product, after that, I should read one chapter of python e-book, and then call back to my mum. At last, if I have enough time I can watch TV play for a season.

After organizing my tasks, the order is totally changed:

What I should do Importance Urgent Level Cook for my wife most important(5) urgent(3) Fix a known bug in my product very important(4) very urgent(4) Read one chapter of python important(3) urgent(3) Call back to my mum for greeting a little important(2) a little urgent(2) Watch TV Play not important(1) not urgent(1)

Life is meaningful if you organize yourself well. You may have thought about what is the most important thing in your life? my answer is - time, if money were gone, you could earn it again, but if your time flew, you could not get it back. Trust me, manage yourself well, you will be very successful.

Download JavavaTaskJavava Task - A small tool, which manages daily tasks for you, can sort your tasks by importance and urgent level. Actually it is very useful for me on my daily work, I could determine what I should do in every minute, so the efficiency of work is totally improved.
