Project Summary

jdm handles definitions for applications grouped by categories. Each category is related to (at least) one definition-factory, which may group definitions by modules and locales.
The reading of definitions is generalized and has been moved out of the definition factories.
Supported definition sources are XML-files, XML content from database or standard database content which is processed by a database digester. The database digester is a counterpart to jakarta.commons.digester and offers rulebased processing of database content.

I posted a short status at the discussion forum. If you're interested in the project, you're invited to read it, to get a closer idea of the project and the status.

The article is very personal and any thesis is just my opinion.
