More surgery to detach KPDF2 from KDEGraphics and KPDF. Changes to makefiles and .desktop files to install KPDF2 as a separate kde app in addition to KPDF

changed output to create kpdf2 process and libkpdf2part.la. This will prevent it from overwriting the existing kpdf. Still need to figure out how to get it in the menus and make it avaliable as a Konqueror part

I added the kdevelop file. In the course of doing a build from within kdevelop, it called automake. I should probably delete all of the Makefile.in files from CVS
