The mkmk tool crashes, when I just call it. But it showed that it would be used and the previous check showed the Path configuration and location of the Open Watcom mkmk version was correct.

Adopted setup to support custom MinGW (repackaged jenkins build system). Made attempts to fix issues with mkmk when built with MinGW. Needs a test with the most current MinGW compiler.

Activated new include path parameter again. It probably was the shifting algorythm.

Added a different shift calculation. It was otherwise missing the first source file and produced missing symbols at link time.

There are issues with sh and mkmk command when using large command parameter values. Added support for -I based include parameter passing and an automatic shift for the remaining parameter's start index. That seems to work partly.
