Project Summary

LiveControl handles IR events sent by the Creative's RM900 remote control to control multimedia applications.
It controls mixer volume, xmms basic operations (through xmms command line options) and implements many features such as mute/unmute, eject/close,etc.. LiveControl is also able to launch applications and displays On Screen Display menu and status information. It is fully configurable through a runtime configuration file and xml menu data.
It aims to be for GNU/Linux what the Remote Center is for Windows.
