Project Summary

The package is a user-friendly Matlab interface to analyze digital images using multivariate statistics (principal component analysis, PCA).

For now, Matlab is required (Windows, MacOS, Linux, Unix), but we hope to eventually port the code to a stand-alone platform using Qt.

A complete manual is supplied: it reviews basic concepts of multivariate statistics and shows how to use the software with a "step-by-step" case study.

The software package also includes several other "test" images for the user to gain an understanding of MIA.

Update (12 November 2008)
