Project Summary

The Mad Chatter is a sample IM application used to develop and demonstrate techniques for building Swing applications that look and feel native.
This project will produce (or pull together) a set of libraries for native functionality, a set of ant tasks for packaging native applications, and a set of guidelines for nativizing your program. This will require both pulling together tools and docs from existing projects and vendors and also working with platform developers to improve operating system support for Java applications.
