In order to help racially integrate public schools, where would implementing changes to attendance zone boundaries be most benificial? Where would such changes cause the least amount of hardship in terms of increasing the distance a child has to travel to his school?
New measures will be formulated to explore answers to this question. Maps will be produced for different areas of the country where digitized attendence zone maps can be obtained.
