Project Summary

Media4j aims to make life easier to java programmers who want to include media features in their apps. It is a framework built on top of the Java Media Framework (JMF) for simplifying its use.

Media4j defines processes for working with media. These processes can be plugged among them to do more complex media tasks.

Some of the processes are provided are:

The main advantages of using Media4j are:

Easy - Media4j processes only need to be concatenated and initialized in order to work.
Fast - You will avoid learning all about JMF, specially formats and events. Also, probably you will avoid hard coding any JMF code
