In reply to Connection Monitor Window Is Empty / Sync Timeout Hi, thank you for your ideas. I turned the automatic transmission delete at the settings on with 30 Days. Now it works fine. The system is generously dimensioned (Win2008, 8vCPU, 8GB RAM, high performance storage). Regards Sven Log in or register to post comments

In reply to Connection Monitor Window Is Empty / Sync Timeout novapax, These are my ideas: Looks as if the min system requirements are not met, e.g. you installed it on a really old PC (Pentium II?) - or you installed it on a really slow virtual ... [More] machine with just a single core that you have passed to the process? Or the system RAM is that small that the program has to page all the time? It's also possible that there are running a lot of processes on the machine and block the internal communication port for the communication between the user interface and the processing unit? It's also possible that the number of file IOs is somehow that limited on your system that file access takes a long time? If all the requirements are met and it still does not work please delete the runtime database, these are the files "OFTP2_DB_RUNTIME.*" found in the installation directory, then start the mendelson OFTP2. The config will still exist, just the log entries of all transactions are lost. You could also replace the runtime database files from a backup. Regards Log in or register to post comments [Less]

We have no entries at the top monitor table anymore. The connections works fine and we see the successful transmissions at the log window. When we start mendelson opensource oftp2 we get these error messages: [14.06.2017 16:57:34] [Client-Server ... [More] communication] Receipt timeout - Could not receive the sync response after 30000ms [TransmissionRequest] [14.06.2017 16:57:39] [Client-Server communication] The client received a unreferred sync response. Type: de.mendelson.comm.oftp2.client.transmission.TransmissionResponse, reference id: 36 [14.06.2017 16:58:05] [Client-Server communication] Receipt timeout - Could not receive the sync response after 30000ms [TransmissionRequest] [14.06.2017 16:58:14] [Client-Server communication] The client received a unreferred sync response. Type: de.mendelson.comm.oftp2.client.transmission.TransmissionResponse, reference id: 196 Has anyone an idea? Maybe an error at the database? Where can I find the database? I updated the software from b33 to b35, but isn't better. Thanks for any ideas. Sven Forum:  OFTP2 [Less]

I'm wondering if anyone is having issues using TLS v1.2 while sending files to a partner. We have setup HTTPS and our partner can send us files using TLS v1.2, but if we attempt to send files, we get a handshake error. I ran wireshark and noticed ... [More] in the clienthelo frame that it showed a version of TLS 1.0. We are running the commercial version 2016 build 232. Thanks. Forum:  AS2 [Less]

In reply to MessageHTTPUploader.performUpload: [ConnectException]: Connection refused: connect "I am not using a java program." in which language do you think it's written the mendelson opensource AS2? Why are there so many .jar files? ;) Log in or register to post comments

In reply to MessageHTTPUploader.performUpload: [ConnectException]: Connection refused: connect revathi, you could set every java program into SSL debug state, please see https://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/technotes/guides/security/jsse/Rea.... This should help resolving your issue. Regards Log in or register to post comments

In reply to MessageHTTPUploader.performUpload: [ConnectException]: Connection refused: connect Just want to give some more information on this issue. The whole AS2 set up was working fine and been tested with a partner A. And then another partner ... [More] is configured and that's when the issue has started. So I have uninstalled build 49 and installed 51 and since then I am unable to have a successful SSL connection. Please advise. Log in or register to post comments [Less]

Hi, I have installed AS2 build 49 and 51 and tested on both the versions. I have exchanged the certificates between two local systems and I am getting the following error. MessageHTTPUploader.performUpload: [ConnectException]: Connection refused: ... [More] connect mendelson_opensource_AS2-1496401946678-0@revlocal_promtest: Connection problem, failed to transmit data. I don't see to miss any configuration details. Could you advise the solution ? When I click the MDN url using a browser for https , I get the following error. Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://172.20.12.31:8443 again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol. Please contact the site administrator. It would be great if you could shed some light. Thanks Revathi Forum:  AS2 [Less]
