This is the silly filter of the collection (so far). It dumps RAM from the computer's memory at a specified memory address to the screen. There are various adjustments you can make to set the address, scale the view down by 2, 4, 8, or 16x, change the "horizontal hold" to make sense of bitmaps you find, and a few other dubious sliders for X and Y. This is a conversion of the EffecTV library of 49 video special effects to run inside of compatible FreeFrame host programs.
