This release has only two small fixes in it. There is no other bug we know about. Feel free to test NagVis 1.3 and report that faults you find. If there are no big problem reports in the next two to three weeks we'll release 1.3 as stable. (0 comments)

I'm happy to present you the new website of the NagVis project. The time had come to put the old design aside and give a fresh new design to the NagVis.org. That's it. It took some time to migrate the contents of the page but I think it was not for ... [More] nothing. In the next days we will change some graphical things like the new logo in NagVis to get something like a corporate design. (0 comments) [Less]

Today we release the second release candidate of NagVis 1.3. There have been some important changes to hover menu handling which reduce the size of the NagVis map pages. Before this changes only the rendered HTML code could grow up to several MBs. ... [More] The huge code was caused by the new hover menus with all it's new information. The hover menus are now only fetched on demand when someone hovers over an icon. This is done by some javascript and ajax handling. (0 comments) [Less]

This version is the first beta release of NagVis 1.3. I think it is stable enough to get it for testing the nice new features and enhancements. There are many small and some big changes which were made to NagVis since 1.2 code. The biggest internal ... [More] change was made to the structure of the internal map object handling. It was completely recoded to PHP4 OOP. The biggest new feature is the automap. The objects on the automap doesn't have to be configured, NagVis is reading the currently available objects from the NDO and parsing them to the automap. Even the documentation for the automap feature is done (http://www.nagvis.org/docs/1.3/nagvis_automap). (0 comments) [Less]
