Two improvemets 1. You no longer have to specify the location of TestDriven.TestRunner.Dll in the config file. If Nester can't find it, it will open UI to go and find it. It stores the result in the registry so you don't have to find it over and over again.

This adds an ignore box to the main dialog. Files or directories in the ignore box get completely ignored. They don't get searched or copied. As the text ion the box suggests this lets you not copy version control databases and binaries that are just going to be overwritten anyway.
