Project Summary

Application to manage complex SQL requests.

The requests are built with aggregations of tables and/or requests.

This set of libraries will at end complete multiple objectives:

to easily produce report based on complex structured data (even on multiple heterogeneous databases). This fonctionality will enable people to encapsulate complexity of data structure and to get "easy to analyse" results; to provide a framework for migrating data from one system to another; manage configuration; eventually to manipulate data as you need: transfer, transform, aggregate, simplify, ...

The principle is described in the following picture:

On this sketch:

the JDBC Access library will mainly be a set of existing JDBC Drivers. Version Control module will be in charge of change management and version management. It will enable for datas in databases or repository what CVS or SVN enables for files.
