MEOW is a design for a trivial 32 bit RISC microcontroller with 16 bit instructions. It stands for Microprocessor With Eight Opcodes. While the VHDL implementation is still in its very early stages, we have a working macro assembler, a working simulator with hardware device emulation, and the start of a trivial multi-threaded OS to run on it.
