NEW: Test input user 'count' value with configured list of allowed Pictures Per Page values. NEW: Enable Smarty Read-only mode with precompiled templates without cache using. NEW: 'reset.php' script will precompile all templates. Useful to run from command line for Read-only mode. UPD: Cache XML parse results according to config setting. UPD: Cache aldums index page according to config setting (default - 5 min). UPD: Include images' thumbnails dimention size in template. FIX: XML parsing on PHP4. FIX: Parsed by PHP4 XML array clearing. FIX: 'strtotime' function result on PHP5. FIX: Devide by zero when Pictures Per Page value is 0.
