PicoBuilder is a framework to automate Java project builds.

The main differences with another build tools like Ant or Maven is: PicoBuilder is for Java projects only the build script is written in Java (no XML), so you can debug and run your build script directly on the IDE the framework is a minimal core of building tools (compiling and creating packages)
