This is the initial release of pybrain4 (so named because pybrains 1 through 3 didn't really work). I have yet to encounter any problems with this, but please let me know if you do. Usage is pretty simple, and it can be run interactively from an interactive Python session, or from the command line with something like python pybrain4.py file.b Other options are explained by running python pybrain4.py -h

Known to work in OS X Leopard with Python 2.6. Should probably work with Python 2.5 or 2.6 on most OSes.
