Project Summary

Rome is an open source RSS/Atom feed parser generator. Rome modules are used to add an extended set of elements to an your RSS or Atom feed (at the feed or entry level). Many custom modules for popular data formats have been created (e.g. iTunes Podcasting, GeoRSS, etc) enabling Rome to both generate and parse those formats. The goal of this project is to make module development easier by generating the necessary interfaces and skeleton classes required to implement a module from the schema of the desired format. Hopefully this will encourage others to write custom modules and enhance Rome's usefulness.
