Project Summary

OSGi provide a framework to build dynamic module systems. The thoroughly usage of Java ClassLoader is very exciting. In OSGi app, every bundle has its own class space. Package's share between bundles are managed by the osgi framework. If one bundle want to use another bundle's exported package, it must import that package in its bundle's definition. Here, bundle is a granular function module to compose one big functional system.
On the other hand, can bundle be applied to other usage scenes? Bundle can also be a granular module used for configuration storage, resource sotrage. In such scenes, the osgi framework will be the interaction entry point.
In RuralOSGi, OSGi framework(also as "system bundle")will be the module control center and also the entry point.
RuralOSGi is based on Apache Felix Project.
